Tutello code can create and execute code on demand in single-use, secure, sandboxed environments. This allows STEM students experiment with complex tasks that would be beyond the scope of the LLM by itself. The code execution is entirely isolated and strictly regulated to keep code experiments contained.
LLMs are have the dubious fame of being able to answer incredible complex questions yet fail on the simplest of calculations. This behaviour is an intrinsic flaw of LLM models. Failing such simple tasks is confusing for students. To prevent this our platform looks for calculations in AI responses, cross checks them deterministically and makes any corrections.
The latest reasoning models are give fantastic results for some tricky questions but ponder on things a little too long when the query is more straightforward, we automatically switch reasoning models on when it makes sense to use them.
