Tutello is pleased to have been awarded the ‘Start-up’ of the Year at Times Higher Education’s Digital Universities UK Conference held in April at The University of Exeter.
Dr David Lefevre (Co-Founder), Rosie Loyd (Founders Associate) and Adrian Mellor (Chief Operating Officer)
After being shortlisted and then nominated as a finalist alongside four other EdTech start-ups, the team were required to do a 3-minute pitch to 5 judges, followed by 3-minutes of questioning. The judging criteria was based on 4 categories:
Innovation: It must be a new idea or should significantly improve an existing solution in the edtech space
People: The added value and experience of the team behind the product
Scalability: What is the potential for the product to be replicated nationally, internationally and across sectors?
Impact: How impactful is this product for the edtech sector?
